Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 2026  ·  Auspicious Ltd, registered in England & Wales

Template notice: this honestly reflects what has actually been built (see §3) rather than claiming a formal audit that hasn't happened. If you commission a real WCAG audit, update this page with the findings and date.

1.Our Commitment

Auspicious Ltd wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology, keyboard-only navigation, or browsing with reduced motion or high-contrast settings.

2.Conformance Target

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This statement describes the current state of that effort — it is a target we design against, not a certification of a completed formal audit.

3.What We've Done

  • A visible "Skip to content" link on every page
  • Semantic HTML landmarks and heading structure throughout
  • Visible keyboard focus states on every interactive element
  • Full prefers-reduced-motion support — animation is minimised or removed for visitors who request it at the system level
  • Decorative elements (background canvases, icons) hidden from screen readers via aria-hidden
  • Descriptive labels on interactive controls, including icon-only buttons
  • A colour palette built around a high-contrast dark background with light text, checked against WCAG contrast ratios for body text
  • No information conveyed by colour alone

4.Known Limitations

This site has not yet been through a formal third-party accessibility audit. Areas we're continuing to monitor include contrast in decorative gradient regions, and ensuring newly-added content (such as future Insights articles) is authored with the same heading and alt-text discipline as the rest of the site.

5.Feedback

If you encounter a barrier using this site, please email [BUSINESS_EMAIL_REQUIRED] or use the form in our Start a Conversation section, describing the page and the issue. We'll aim to address genuine accessibility barriers as a priority.
